Orlistat is known to cause some side effects. Stop using Xenical and see your doctor immediately if: you have muscle pain, a severe skin rash, nasal congestion, dizziness or trouble sleeping. Inform your doctor if you have any of the following symptoms; heartburn, vomiting with b Power; a severe skin rash; blood in your urine; dark urine or yellowing; pale stools; nausea or vomiting; or yellowing of the skin or eyes. These could be signs of a serious gastrointestinal bleeding. Inform your doctor if you have any kidney or liver problems. Diabetes
